Abstract

The aim of this paper is to distinguish (to make a difference) between the
notions infrastructure and critical infrastructure and to see the institutional placement
of critical infrastructure in the USA, Great Britain and Canada, to recognize the legal
structure, to identify differences in legal frameworks and to present experiences for
critical infrastructure in the Republic of Macedonia.
