Abstract

The isotherms define the capacity of some extragent for its capability to extract required
metal (in this case copper). They are used to evaluate how the system extraction/stripping works, or
expected to work. The construction of extraction isotherm consists of the following stages: preparation
of laboratory extragent, the organic phase is brought into contact with the electrolyte, optimization of
the extraction equilibrium isotherm. Similarly, construct and stripping isotherm: organic solvent,
brought into contact with retread solution, stripping isotherm is optimized, but in this case the balance
is achieved of the aqueous solution-poor electrolyte from electrolysis with saturated organic. The given
test follows the conclusion of stages of extraction required for extraction 97% copper and stages
required for 99% copper stripping.
