Abstract

The ongoing turbulent changes in the
environment and the imposed requirements for
personal development of the employees, create a
need of focus and in fact, insist on discovering the
main individual goals and the needed activities of
the employees for the achievement of their career
goals. The basic professional education is
concerned with the formal degree
ofqualificationsforcertaineducational profile. The
permanent improvement in all of the employees is
actually a necessity, which further allows
adaptation on the environmental changes (change
in the needs of clients); changes in the organization
itself or the in the desire of the person for career
development in the same or a different
organization. These processes contribute to the start
of a new professional cycle and they improve the
image of the company, through the presentation
and communication of the needs and contributions
of the employees.
