Abstract
Diabetes mellitus type 2 is a metabolic disease with a complex etiology that occurs as a result of the interaction of genetic factors and environmental factors. It is characterized by insulin deficiency or insulin resistance and hyperlipidemia. Risk factors include: obesity ,
physical inactivity, genetic factors, chronic stress, improper diet, harmful habits, other aging factors.
