Abstract
The question and the key point is how developing countries to become active entity in the world economy. Different level of economic development of individual countries is probably the main reason that many of them can be integrated into global economic flows, ie can not evaluate the merits of the process of globalization. Our view is that opening, cooperation and integration in regional and global structures is condition without which no development is possible of any national economy.
