Abstract

The modern concept of Urbanism contains processes and determining strategies on a wider level. Modern urban planning is necessary to include research, scientific observations, experiential methods through modern technology monitoring, support of all forms of transformation of human life, the application of complex urban spatial plans for meeting the communication and spatial needs of the population. The need to study specific historical urban forms as principles of good or fairly liberal city, garden city , other urban form of modernism and postmodernism, landscape urbanism, sustainable development etc. . Analysis of modern types of buildings can be seen on the basis of its form, the adaptation needs of man, the socialization of space, the new forms of urban living concept etc.
