Abstract

Teamwork throughout any organization is an essential component of total quality management implementation, for which is necessary to build up trust and to gain communication improvement, which develops
interdependence. Quality improvement teams (QIT) determine group of people with appropriate knowledge, skills and experience that are brought together to manage, especially to handle and solve a problem usually on a project basis, which are cross$functional and often multidisciplinary.But
improving the quality of the teams goes a step further, they are expanding. Actual, key aspects of quality improvement teams include several factors: the team selection and leadership, team goals, team meetings, team tasks, team dynamics, team results and comments. The team leader has the primary responsibility for maintaining and managing the team and his / her selection and training are key to success in team work. In each team, team activity and interaction between members is vital to success. Quality circles can be defined as a group of workers who do similar work, which meets and work voluntary,regular,inside normal working hours, under the guidance of their
supervisor, identify and analyze, solve problems related to work, recommended solutions, which are effectively managed.
