Abstract
The industrial development and the lasting orientation to keep pace with the industrially developed countries contribute to the ecological unbalance** in our country. The man is a biological and social being, and he does not manifest his activity in a closed environment but in a changed environment he himself has created for himself, and in himself he contains, besides natural components, economic, social, cultural and political circumstances to a certain level of development and in particular time.
