Abstract

This eTwinning project aims to address the growing need for students to develop essential skills that will equip them for success in their future careers. As the modern workforce increasingly demands a combination of soft skills, digital literacy, and linguistic competence, this project is designed to give students a well-rounded foundation in these areas, preparing them to navigate the complexities of the job market. The project will emphasize digital awareness and competence. The ability to navigate the digital landscape efficiently and responsibly is a necessity for future career success. It will also explore the importance of intercultural awareness and English as a Lingua Franca. In an increasingly globalized world, being able to communicate effectively across cultures and languages is a powerful asset. This eTwinning project seeks to provide students with a comprehensive skillset that will increase their employability and readiness for the future workforce. The collaborative, cross-cultural nature of the project will put all this in practice. Ultimately, the project will contribute to creating well-rounded individuals who are ready to face the challenges and opportunities of the future with confidence.
