Abstract
Quality management in operations related production to tobacco and cigarettes is a permanent process for impovement of production, increasing the motivation of the employees and efforts to meet the requirements of the consumers. Tobacco raw must be distinguished by a special quality, in accordance with the requirements of tobacco industry, and its final product, i.e. cigarettes must satisfy the consumers both by their taste and by appearance.
The primary factor for quality improvement is the commitment of all the employees to preserve the ISO standards of quality and their concern for constant improvement.
