Abstract
The leader must know that efficiency and effectiveness of the employees in realization of common goals in the organizational system is in inseparable and proportional relation to their satisfaction, motivation and devotion to work. In other words, money, i.e. salary, is not the only motivator, but there are numerous factors and motivators which simulate the effectiveness and efficiency of the employees in accomplishing the goals of the organization, and satisfaction, earning and devotion to work are certainly one of them. Regardless of the fact that the term "motivation" includes in itself the motivators as satisfaction and devotion, there are still some tiny differences which can be revealed can be revealed through their characteristics.
