Abstract
The training will increase the self-empowerment and independence of future youth workers: By acquiring knowledge about career management and developing entrepreneurship competencies.
The participants will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to increase their employability of the young people or start and manage their own businesses. This leads to independence, allowing them to create their own career path and financial stability.
This project is a part of the Erasmus + program Key Action 1 - Mobility of individuals (Traning Course)
