Abstract

Hospitality and tourism are closely related, and in many cases they cannot be imagined to function separately. It is in this research that we try to emphasize that connection. More specifically, we will analyse the promotion of restaurants by branding the chef and the impact on the tourist offer of the city of Tetovo.
These potentials are possessed by the city and our goal is for us to explore them in more detail and to highlight the result of that mutual influence on gastronomy and tourism.
As an element of promotion of restaurants in the Tetovo region, meaning not only in the city but also the surrounding settlements, we in our research paper took the online promotion, more specifically based on the website tripadvisor.com which promotes restaurants and hotels in the region and wider. According to this page and from our point of view, we decided to explore ten (10) restaurants in the Tetovo region that are known to the population and also known in the region.
Precisely because of the importance of the promotion in general and in this case for the promotion of the restaurant, I will do my best to express that importance of the promotion through the promotion or branding of the chef.
