Abstract

Nowadays, the way of working with blasting software such as JKSimBlast or OPITBLAST is increasingly used in mines and is becoming an integral part of the work in large mines.
Blasting schemes of O-PITBLAST blasting software have been developed by performing simulations of sequential initiation schemes as well as the use of different types of explosives in able to predict or obtain the desired granulation of material and predicting costs obtained in the blasting itself which is, of course, a major part of every mine. Working with software is certainly a great advantage over any mine in which mines could not be imagined without exploitation without the blasting process, which gives the desired granulation of material which granulation is important for achieving the e capacity of crushing plants as well as for their normal operation.
