Abstract
In this lecture, major focus is put on defining strong and weak acids and bases and their importance for biological systems. While concept of pH is explained, a special attention is given to several acid and bases that contribute to some of the most important physiological processes in human body. Lecture is designed for the students enrolled on General Medicine course.
