Abstract
Overall objective: Raising the quality of pre-school education and care services leading to higher educational attainment, personal development and social inclusion of the children.
Purpose: Increasing the competence level of pre-school staff needed to support early child development, an understanding of an inclusive approach, to work closely with families by creating systemic conditions for developing, supporting and maintaining competence at all layers of the
pre-school childhood system and by encouraging meaningful engagement of parents.
