Abstract

This paper analyzes the financial regulatory technology requirements towards effective FinTech regulation and the challenges for the Macedonian regulator and the compliance with the EU financial regulation. The Macedonian financial industry has become more vivid in the last couple of years by the use of financial technology in financial services. This fast-growing and rapidly changing process leads to new legal adjustments for an adequate, more efficient, and sustainable financial system
