Abstract
Alexander von Humboldt and DAAD are the two most prestigious scientific foundations in Germany providing means for scientific community all over the world. We figure out the activities of the both foundation in last 18 years, while focusing on their impact in the Macedonian scientific community. We provide details of what has been achieved via the two foundations in Macedonian science, and we point out the further perspectives of DAAD and Alexander von Humboldt. We also focus on projects and students scholarships provided by both foundations.
