Abstract

Pulmonary carcinoma is a very common cause of death for men and women worldwide and is often fatal
over 2 years. Early lung cancer is often treated with aggressive surgery. In most cases, lung cancer is often
diagnosed at an advanced stage when even the combined therapeutic modality using chemotherapy, radiation, and
surgery does not lead to cure. Long-term survival without surgical treatment is rare, with the exception of fine-cell
carcinoma, which is sensitive to combination therapy. Depending on the type, stage, and localization of this
malignant disease, we are trying to find the best treatment solution. Treatment of patients with lung cancer involves
surgical treatment (surgery), radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
Preoperative and postoperative respiratory rehabilitation is used in patients with lung cancer
