Abstract

The fracture of the typical place of the radius is usually occurred on the top fractured limb. Fragments radius corner covers open lower dorsal angle who is open radially. Depending on the fracture the treatment can be conservative or surgical. After manual reposition, pour plaster immobilization, which stands about 1 month in slight flexion and ulnar deviation of the hand. In patients over 50 years better the hand to be placed in a functional position, instead volnarna. Thus eliminating one of the factors that can lead to eye and reduced trophic in hand. After removing the immobilization if there is no need of re-mobilization, should immediately begin physiotherapy. The task of physiotherapy is not to allow the rigidity of the fingers, not some neurotic changes occur and to avoid occurrence of Zudekova dystrophy hand. Unlike physiotherapy, kinesitherapy should begin as early as the second day of immobilization. It consists of free active movements of the fingers, wrist, elbow and shoulder. The exercises should be performed several times a day. It is recommended to start with easy and stimulating massage. Of electrotherapy use more kinds of therapies such as TENS, interference currents, galnski currents, ie low, medium and visokofrekfentni Stour. Use ultrasound therapy, magnetic therapy and paraffin. It is recommended kinesitherapests to perform exercises in water. The therapist aims to fully restore the wrist to normal, which will perform all movements without pain.
