Abstract

Contemporary life is characterized by great and fast changes in each field of life, work, and
education. Further perspectives are not seen yet, but it is for sure that there will be great changes that will reach
to basic function of the classroom. In order to respond to its new role, the classroom must go through several
operative processes, needs to have a strategy for accomplishing the goals and build new capacities. The
classroom represents primary pedagogical and spatial element of the school. As basic element of each
educational institution, it has enormous significance because the process of peoples’ education starts in the
classroom. It should be noted that a classroom cannot reach a level of a contemporary one without extraordinary
leadership and coordination by the teacher, who as ‘invisible’ leader and information manager encourages the
students and offers them various sources and learning possibilities. The teacher should follow new tendencies in education and create changes in the classroom.
