Abstract
Singing folk songs, learning to play folk instruments, getting to know folk customs, holidays and folk dances allow each student to develop individuality, creative activity, hearing, voice and musical memory. The purpose of this paper is to highlight methodological possibilities of the realization of musical folklore in the educational process, thus emphasizing its pedagogical value as a tool for education.
