Abstract

The maternal and neonatal health are the most imposrtan issues in every country. They encompass the top level alertness.
The methods of implementation the processes of improvement of MNH consist of several approaches, on local, national and regional level.
The global level is the top of the iceberg.
The methods for imrovement are:
Use the power/authority of the current Committee for safe motherhood, already established by the Government, for the relevant initiatives in terms of endorsement of the BTN concept
Establish administrative regulative framework for CG development/adoption/implementation/monitoring (show case revision of CG for PPH as the major cause of maternal death)
Create appropriate database, to achieve reliable data
Continuous training of medical professionals
AP to include budget implications from existing sources/new sources
Round table discussions/presentations for relevant institutions/organizations
Include the BTN concept within the National strategy (SRH/SM)
Also, very important is the monitoring of the prcess, as it gives a clue of the success.
The barriers could be met at each level.
