Abstract
When the teacher / educator is aware that things such as work and is responsible for its work, then he makes the first step on the road to quality educational activity. For determination of the primary goals of the education system for teachers, and thus to detect the path to their realization in practice, assistance should call competent approach. Research has shown shortcomings in current education teachers / tutors for preschool and primary education. The largest gaps are found in the area looking for differentiated work of teachers: (1) synthetic, analytical, creative thinking and problem solving, (2) Autonomy (self) criticism (self) assessment, (self) evaluation and quality efforts, (3) initiative / ambition, personal evaluation of continuous improvement and professional development (this is the key competencies associated with professional development), (4) Use of special pedagogical knowledge for working with children with special needs, (5) Knowledge and practical application of artistic disciplines.
