There are many different sensors that are used to keep track of the health parameters, for example: heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar level, weight. Medical software can make conclusions about the current health condition of the person by using this sensor data and can present them to the patient or to the doctor. Data processing can be done manually i.e. the doctor makes conclusions directly from raw data, but this process can be automated. In the second case, the software should have integrated some expert knowledge. The main goal of this project is to propose recommendation algorithms based on collaborative filtering which can be applied in health care, to make prototype and to perform evaluation by using generic and real data. These algorithms should discover the connection between the actions (for example the physical activities) and the change of the health parameters, and afterwards should give recommendations for useful actions if the health condition is worsened. We expect that the evaluation results will show that the proposed algorithm gives correct algorithms that will facilitate the health care.
