Abstract
The aim of this paper is to point to one of the many features of the science fiction genre, and it's prevalence in the medical and scientific-technological development which are displayed in the Macedonian contemporary science fiction literature for children and youth. In all mentioned works the authors talk about the limitless possibilities of science and technology in a vague, distant idnina. Here, above all, we think of those outstanding technical inventions that have newcomers from other planets, or that help us earthlings, or are trying to destroy life as we know how.
