Abstract
Good working and managing of a company depends on good made decisions of managers and employees. Process of decision- making will be effective if applied statistical methods. Using statistical methods, using the information and data which is available, it can be handled the same, to specify models, control cards, which will be evaluated and tested, and thus help in making decisions.
Precisely this prompted us to conduct research in part of the Macedonian companies in order to determine how much are applied statistical methods in decision making. The research is conducted in companies from different industries and managers of different age, gender and education.
The sample is random and it is not is representative. In Macedonia are surveyed 40 companies.
