Abstract

Islam represents a religion which Allah through the Prophet Muhammad published for all mankind.
The Islamic religion is based on faith in one God (Arabic: Allah), choice of Muhammad to God's envoy, predestination of human destiny, reward for good deeds and punishment for evil, doomsday and resurrection of the dead. Those who accepted this religion are called Muslims.
In Islam to believe means: To recognize, to believe that everything is true what Allah declared in the Quran through its envoy Muhammad.
The two main themes in the Quran are the uniqueness and power of God and the nature and destiny of people in relationship with God.
