Abstract

Director/manager in educational institutions should have quality and
ability, thus successfully should invest their energy as a leader in people and
teams to clear successfully realized the planned tasks, which should provide:
Professional guidance to the institution, clear vision and purpose of applying
democratic and participatory style of management for proper decision making,
learning atmosphere in which you realize the teaching so that it will encourage
students and fellows that they will be motivated to learn from each other, the
application of teamwork, Teachers have good didactic and metodisko,
communication and organizational knowledge, where they know and respect
the individual characteristics of students, and then empower them for lifelong
learning, aware of the need for personal and professional development and
where able to use information and communication technologies teaching and
their professional development, also manager of the educational institution
establishes high expectations when it comes to results and achievements of
employees, then teaching that presents an intellectual challenge, both for
employees and for students, and which is equally important in this context,
organize and implement various forms of professional development.
