Abstract

The educational policy of each country is to provide opportunities for the acquisition of appropriate levels for everybody and for all age groups regardless of gender, religious beliefs, ethnicity, health, social and financial position and ensure that they possess the knowledge, skills and attitudes that are consistent with the requirements of society and the labor market.
This is a time of modern developments, the enormous progress of information technology, telecommunications, medicine, astronomy and other areas of life today that offer many opportunities, but they looking for adapting to the emerging needs. Education and learning are fundamental factors in the social proces. Success in society is achieved through individual gain success in the educational process. Educational institutions are used as a channel for social mobility for the purposes of professional progress, but should not expect that anyone who is more educated to take a higher place in the labor market and social hierarchy. Equal education for women and equal opportunities for advancement in the profession here, and in the whole world is unfulfilled goal, and also the task. In modern societies, education provides equal opportunities for high achievement, career advancement and employment. In developing societies, and in countries that gained independence in the center of his interests is on the problem of disparity in education between men and women. During the development of societies, education is seen as a means of providing equal opportunities for women and men equally participate in all spheres of social life.
