Abstract

Labor, will aim to open up issues that are connected to the impact of quality
management and productivity in order to achieve better business results of
operations. To achieve these higher business results, it takes knowledge and
input in the practice of many elements that management deals. In the focus of
interest in this paper will be expressing more present importance of operations
management, quality and productivity, as important elements for achieving the
possible higher business possition or business results.
Perception of the development of science of management to monitor historical
changes in the way that new discoveries never deny the past, but with them to
build, improve and adapt previous knowledge management. Current
approaches to management is process of seeking for the answer to increase
productivity in terms of the third technological revolution, which is marked by
rapid change and rapid development of science and technology.
