Abstract

Implementing new tehnologies in exploitation of row minerals and decreasing the natural conditions by depleting of minerals are the main characteristics in advanced mine tehnology from one side and from the other side are the more and more rigid normative in environment protection in finding the best solution and cost effective maintenance.
The high concentration of fugitive emission from coal dust in coal mines results not only for occupational health and risk for workers but also with decreasing the whole production and safety in mine operations, making problems even to their existence. This situation has a negative impact to the efficiency and production of the used equipment, machines and devices which results with necessarily of bringing down the dust emissions to the maximum permitted values which in fact represent the most serious limit factor in developing of entire mine industry.
This reason makes this problem very actual in coal mine exploitation processes and that is why these problems are the subjects of investigation in this work.
In other words I made an analyses and evaluations of different applicable methods for fugitive emission control and the optimum solution in chosen for dust control raised from the coal yard in REK-Bitola and from the ash at the ash dumping area.
Also, for this purpose, the environment protection is taken under consideration by using methodology for measurement and data collecting, their analyses as well as defining, testing and mathematical model based on the obtained data, specific expenses that come from each choise and expenses for transport, investment, need labor, water and energy supply est.
