Abstract
Mechanical either biologic prosthesis have some disadvantages such are continuous anticoagulation therapy, lost Valsalva sinuses influence on blood flow, or middle pressure gradient. With this study we evaluated clinical results of stentless 31eaflets pericardial patch in patients undergoing aortic valve replacement.
