Abstract

The human potential is a decisive factor for success in the job market conditions in all industries. The human potential is of great importance for achieving strategic goals. Management of human resources as a scientific discipline whose goal is to establish a deeper cooperation in the development of relations between managers and employees and between employees in general. In this paper we analyzed the role of managers in the development of human resources in modern school and the development of the modern school as an organizational system. Human Resources is tasked to provide employees to achieve the objectives of the organization's management of human resources is responsible for the organization's attitude toward its employees, the efficiency in the execution of the duties, remuneration and valoriziranjeto for their labor, and performed tasks undertaken responsibilities and solve problems. Modern school as an organizational system, education system and education is a complex whole or set, composed of many homogeneous and varied elements that make a structural and functional integrity, with numerous mutual interactions and interactions with its environment (Gocevski, 2008:52). In the modern school principal in the role of manager of human resources play multiple roles and how: strategic partner, a partner in developing the instruments, a partner for implementation, controller of legality and administrative or operational manager of employees. It is in the theoretical part of this thesis is elaborated issues related to managing human resources. Also, the present results relate to different roles, their realization in the modern school. The methodological section is designed as a preliminary design stage of preparation for research. The third part is an analysis and interpretation of the results of the research.
