Abstract

Objective: Overview of prevalence, pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of AIA (aspirin intolerant asthma).
Methods: A retrospective study. Registered 3 cases of 253 patients with AIA in asthmatics in the period from may2011 to august 2012. test for early diagnosis does not exist, the diagnosis is confirmed by provocation test with increased dose of aspirin.
Results: The prevalens AIA was 1,09% of asthmatics registered in the current period in the surveyed region.
