Abstract
Organizational changes such as activities of becoming different or modification of the organizational system, in order to improve all business processes, are the only thing that is constant in the business world, therefore the significance of them is huge for any manager or entrepreneur.
The changes are a necessity for any organization because of the need to adapt to dynamic environment. Given, uncertain and dynamic environment, today there is no enterprise that can succeed without adapt to it. The current changes in the environment: new customer requirements, dealing with competition, changed government policy, changed socio-political environment and so on, must be accompanied by an appropriate response to the organization : changing the rules, procedures and systems, changes in work performance, new products and services, another way of managing etc.
In modern conditions, organizations need to innovate and change, not only to prosper, but more to survive in the world of growing competition. Organizations must constantly to redesign their structure or to recreate.
