Abstract

The study of the communication which is taking place in the lecturing is of great theoretical and practical importance for the very process of its organizing and accomplishment, as well as for the process of its improvement. The quality pedagogical communication, as a very important dimension of the teaching process, represents a fertile base for quality performance and efficient achievement of the upbringing-educational objectives in the lecturing. Mudrik points out that “the communication has a very important role in the human development: in the adoption of the norms of the social behavior forms, in the emotional development, in the attainment of individual social experience, in the accomplishment and affirmation of yourself as a person”. The communication in the lecturing also creates an opportunity of adequate unity of the upbringing and the educational, for achievement of the objectives and assignments in the lecturing as the most systematical upbringing-educational process.
It has been proved that the people of every age are capable to learn specific communication skills which improve the interpersonal relationships and increase the success in the vocation. The skills in connection with the people represent a combination of good interpersonal skills (ability to cooperate with the others) and intrapersonal skills (ability to manage the personal attitudes and emotions).
The interpersonal communication is immediate, direct communication between two or more persons, face to face, or with the mediation of some impersonal medium. We can determine it as an interaction in which a person presents some contents (information, messages) to another person in order to influence his/her behavior or to participate in the creation of situations that will contribute to the changing of the personal attitudes and beliefs, that is, to help the adoption of certain facts and generalizations.

The communication between the teacher and the students in the lecturing is of informational character (the students receive information from the science, art, technique and technology, literature…).
It is of conative character. Through the communicating relation the students get acknowledgements of the world surrounding them and the events in it. Through the process of communication, the students express their feelings and exchange them with the teacher.
Though the adoption of one particular communication model that would be efficient in every situation cannot be discussed, the elements that the successful communication between the teacher and the student should contain can be discussed. Hence, the question propounds, on what teacher has at his/her disposal and which can contribute to quality communication at class, in order to motivate the students to learn and have socially acceptable behavior. It can also be said that a certain type of relation between the teacher and the students impacts on whether the determined measure will be efficient and in which situation.
The communication is a regulator of the entire teaching process, not only of the educational part, but of the upbringing as well. It is a factor on the development of the person, because conditions for the socialization of the person are created through the communication (respect for the others), at the same time enabling individualization, because the importance of the individual differences, abilities and motives is imparted. Through the process of communication, every student has an opportunity to express his/her attitudes, values and convictions.
Through the process of communication the student participates as a subject: develops the verbal expression, enriches the vocabulary, forms positive personal characteristics: self-assurance, self-respect, courage in the expression of the personal attitudes and opinions.
Acknowledgements on the achievements of the students are also received through the communication
