Abstract

In the modern world of intense competition among companies in the market, in order to survive a company must pay attention to the capability of the manager to make key decisions quickly and decisively. Any decision adopted by the manager is strategic, because it should maximize the existing resources of the company, at the same time taking action to provide a way that would have the lowest degree of risk, and thereby to bring maximum benefits to the organization. Strategic decisions depend on the character of each individual and that is the reason that makes them unique in nature. Today as a result of rapid development there is a change in the approach of the operations of companies. Unlike the past when capital was created in the sphere of money and material assets, today the capital of the company is represented by people with their knowledge, experience, ideas and creative potential. From here, the management of human resources is an important factor for establishing, maintaining of long-term competitive ability, growth and survival of the company in the market.
