Abstract

Hospital, intrahospital, nozokomijal or house infection is an infection that occurred among patients and those in hospital or in another institution. This infection takes a swing in the Republic of Macedonia and is well known to the public. Thereby it is local or systemic condition that infertility is a result of unwanted reaction of the organism to the presence of an infectious agent or its toxins.
The most important problem in the treatment of infection remain the mechanisms of occurrence and the factors that contribute to the development of infection. To reduce intra-hospital infections, which are currently the major cause of severe complications in patients, competent to make serious and major changes to strengthen the education of medical personnel and to develop uniform protocols.
Intra-hospital infections are a problem confronting only Macedonia, it is a global challenge and therefore it is a priority of every world government
