Abstract
Managers-leaders are key people, key factors, initiators, and designers responsible for the overall business policy in the organization. Therefore they should be distinguished by special qualities that will enable it to be idealized by the people. Their behavior is an example of what makes them successful in the management of the organization.
Leader as a person exercising leadership, has a special function and role in the organization, allowing greater influence on other members. To influence others, he should show what the behavior expected of associates, good to understand human behavior, to know to properly communicate, motivate and lead.
