Abstract

Abstract
We live in the 21st century that is evident rapid and continuous changes in all spheres. To walk in step with the speed of change more than necessary is the need to change the consciousness of the fact that modern tendencies, tendencies and trends in it bring new and innovative, creative and creative moments. This condition is strongly reflected in the field of education. With that education gets increasingly more prominent role, and the expectations of society and its requirements to the education and upbringing is increasingly rising. From here totally justified expectations of education and upbringing to fully fulfill their social function and be more efficient and more productive. In this sense, the paper considers and explains the issue of changing the concept of teaching in the light of contemporary theoretical understandings, social and individual needs, which we believe is functional and focused on increased effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching process as a single intentional, institutionalized and organized process of education.
