Abstract
This paper deals with the question of the theoretical foundation of interpersonal communication. Communication in teaching is a social category and is the reflection of the culture of a specific social formation. Secondly, communication is at the same time a process of socialization and individualization. In organizational sense, communication is established as a system which can be self-organized, a system in which the connection of its parts is mutually dependent and interactive. Likewise,
communication puts reflectivity into effect through content, and this reflectivity directs the behavior of its constituent parts, i. e. the behavior of the teacher and the student which entirely determines the success of the process of communication.
