Abstract

Instrumental vaginal delivery represents an important obstetric intervention used in situations where it is necessary to expedite delivery or prevent risks to the mother and the fetus. In such cases, the role of the midwife is essential, as she provides continous care, support, and professional assistance throughtout all stages of childbirth.
