Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic revealed structural vulnerabilities in global supply chains, highlighting the urgent need for sustainable, resilient, and digitally enabled supply chain management models. This study investigates the role of digitalization in enhancing sustainable supply chain quality management from a post-COVID perspective, with particular focus on digital tools, the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators, and firm resilience under uncertainty. The research analyzes how advanced digital technologies-such as big data analytics, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things-improve transparency, traceability, risk management, and overall supply chain performance. Using a quantitative research design and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the findings demonstrate that aligning digitalization with sustainability significantly strengthens supply chain resilience and decision-making quality. The study provides theoretical and practical insights for managers and policymakers on aligning digital investments with ESG objectives to enhance operational performance and process quality.
