Abstract

Artificial intelligence is about to change the way we perceive intellectual property. With the recent rise in the popularity of Al, people have discovered that they can use AI like Chat Gpt to create copyrighted works. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to explore the key issues arising from the increasing use of artificial intelligence in the creation of copyrighted works and their relationship with copyright and intellectual property protection. The focus is on the issue of copyright in works created by artificial intelligence, raising the key question of who could be considered the author of these works.
This presentation analyzes the legislation in different jurisdictions to understand the legal framework for these issues. The presentation also analyzes current cases and trends that may affect the future development of artificial intelligence in the context of intellectual property, offering possible solutions to these complex issues. The presentation provides insight into the current state of the regulation and emphasizes the need for further consideration and adjustment of legal systems to adequately respond to challenges related to artificial intelligence and intellectual property.
