Abstract

Soft skills have become essential competencies in today’s rapidly changing professional environment. This presentation focuses on the importance of communication and organizational skills as key components of effective performance and career development. Communication skills enable clear information exchange, teamwork, and constructive interpersonal relationships, while organizational skills support time management, task prioritization, and efficient work processes.
By highlighting their role in enhancing productivity, collaboration, and adaptability, the presentation emphasizes why soft skills are increasingly valued alongside technical knowledge. The aim is to raise awareness of their practical relevance and to encourage their continuous development in educational and professional settings.
