Abstract
The ongoing war in Ukraine has renewed attention to the geopolitical significance of the European Union’s enlargement policy and emphasis the strategic weight of Ukraine’s potential accession. The paper explores the Ukrainian case in EU enlargement process aiming to analyze the importance of Ukraine’s potential EU membership by examining the benefits of its natural resources and geopolitical aspect of EU enlargement policy.
