Abstract
Success in business in different countries with different cultural "colority" is undoubtedly required, corporate "literacy" and understanding of different cultures.These determine cultural differences in different countries or within the same country which may affect the way you develop a business strategy. In this age of global communications, rapid transportation and world markets, when the era of global village seems only not arrived, it is easy to forget how truly different the various cultures. The thin surface layer of modernity, often remain deep cultural differences. The entrepreneurial challenge is really great. Companies are faced with a competitive game in which more than millions of people from different nations and cultures working together in the same direction, yet retain the spirit of entrepreneurship. And indeed the central issue today is made, is injecting entrepreneurial spirit into the cultural fabric of the social individual, what entrepreneurship theory and practice which has taken as a universal value of each society
