Climate Promise - From Pledge to Impact 2025: Guidelines for Fostering Green Transition of Women Led SME Working in the Textile Sector

The project “Climate Promise N. Macedonia - From Pledge to Impact” is part of the global UNDP’s flagship initiative, the Climate Promise: From Pledge to Impact - Leveraging the Climate Promise to turn enhanced Nationally Determined Contributions into ambitious climate action. It aims to create a groundwork for undertaking initial activities necessary for the implementation of the enhanced NDCs of N. Macedonia by creating an enabling environment for better coordination among the key national stakeholders, and for delivery of its ambitious climate actions by development of concrete project proposals and resource mobilization for their realization. The project shall further build political commitment and national ownership for the NDC, and open possibilities for more coordinated and systemic engagement with potential donors and partners.

One of the project milestones is development of strategic documents as guidelines for fostering green transition among women entrepreneurs in the textile sector, among others.
