Abstract
Inclusive teaching and training methodologies are essential for creating accessible, equitable, and effective learning environments. This Training of Trainers (ToT) course focuses on equipping educators and facilitators with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to implement inclusive teaching practices in diverse settings. Participants will explore various pedagogical approaches that address the needs of all learners, including those with disabilities, varying learning styles, and cultural backgrounds. The course will highlight the use of universal design for learning (UDL), differentiated instruction, and technology integration to enhance participation and engagement. By fostering inclusive learning spaces, this ToT training aims to build a foundation of respect, understanding, and support, ensuring that all learners can achieve their full potential.
